Xonar Security Shutters are a range of Security Rated roller shutters, which have been tested by the Loss Prevention Council to LPS1175. The majority of the products have been tested to LPS1175 Issue 7 and some of the newer products have been tested to LPS1175 Issue 8. One of the advantages of the Xonar Security SHutters is that they are available up to 8m wide and 10m high. They have also been tested with a large range of Motors, which allows the shutters to go up to very large sizes and covers a wide range of applications. On the 900 series, the shutters come with the unique Anti Lift curtain, which cannot be lifted from any position without the use of the motor.

The Xonar 800 range of Aluminum Built-In Security Roller Shutters. The lintel is the roller shutter box and the guides rails are built in the cavity closer. This is built into the fabric of the building, provide a neat and secure solution. These Roller Shutters have been independently attack tested by the LPCB to LPS1175Security Levels 2 and 3. Xonar 842 Security shutter is tested to LPS1175 Security Level 2 and is available with Solid or Perforated Slats.

The Vortex Aluminum Built-On Security Roller Shutters, use the smallest shutter box on the market, ideal when headroom is limited. Due to the innovative different sizes slat, it coils nearly 50% smaller. The Vortex Security Shutters have been independently attack tested by the LPCB to LPS1175 Issue 8 B3 (SR2). These security rated roller shutters are Secured By Design, which is the preferred specification of Insurance and the Police. These security shutters are certified for Internal or External Installation.
Vortex Security shutter is tested to LPS1175 Issue 8 B3 (SR2) and is available with Solid Slats. Available with Perforated slats to B1. Max Width 6000mm and Max Height 6000mm.
The Vortex is available as a Non-Secuirty Rated product when security is not such a high priority. The Vortex Garage Door is ideal for garages when you are limited on headroom. It can also be used as a ultra compact roller shutter, when headroom is limited.
The Vortex is manufactured using aluminium, with the option of Solid or Perforated Slats. The Vortex is only available with an electric Tube motor and covers openings up to 6m wide.
The Stackdoor is a high security shutter, that provides 80% vision/airflow. The stack door uses horizontal sections, that are held together with locking pins and stacks vertically. It works on a chain drive which is built into the guide channels at each side, which prevents lifting. TheStack Door has been independently attack tested by the LPCB to LPS1175 Issue 8 A1. These security rated roller shutters are Secured By Design, which is the preferred specification of Insurance and the Police. These security shutters are certified for Internal or External Installation.
Stack Door is tested to LPS1175 Issue 8 A1. Max Width 6000mm and Max Height 10000mm.
The Stack Door is available as a Non-Security Rated product when security is not such a high priority. The Stack Door can be fitted on corners and can be curved to go around openings, this is due to the shutter stacking, rather than rolling.
The Stack Door is available with a range of Motors to suit the size of the opening and the application. This includes Tube Motors for light usage and Industrial motor for lager openings and high usage.
