The 77mm Insulated Steel Roller Shutter is a high security commercial shutter that keeps heat in and noise down. Its twin-walled, foam-filled galvanised steel laths give a U-value of 4.01 W/m²K and a stronger curtain than single skin steel roller shutters. It suits shopfronts, kitchen serveries, commercial units and internal openings.

It runs on a 230V tubular motor, which keeps the system neat, and is made to measure up to 7000mm wide x 7000mm high. Laths run in 90mm x 34mm extruded aluminium guides with a steel bottom rail and rubber seal. It comes galvanised as standard, or powder coated in any RAL or BS colour.
