We stock 4 sizes of Bars, which are adjustable to cover up to 1.675m openings! These can be delivered within 5-10 working days.<\/p><p>The inner bar is manufactured using 15mm Solid Bar with an outer 20mm tube, which allows the bar to just adjust in length. Each bar has a welded angle at each end, which is pre-drilled for Face and Reveal fixing. The bars are powder coated white as standard. They come in 4 standard sizes and can be easily cut down with a hacksaw on-site to suit your individual opening sizes.<\/p><p>We recommend that the spacing between the bars is approx 100mm. To help achieve this spacing and for added security, we can provide Tie Bars. The Tie Bars join 2 bars together and are held into place with a grub screw. The costs include powder coating a standard colour ie; Ie; White, Brown, Black, Cream.
