Window Security Bars are one of the most effective and economical ways to protect windows against break-ins, vandalism, and forced entry. Designed and manufactured to order, each grille is built to suit the application, location, and security risk level, ensuring the right balance of strength, appearance, and practicality.
The bars can be fitted externally for strong visual deterrence or internally for a higher level of protection where external fixings aren’t suitable.
We tailor each grille to your specific needs and recommend different bar diameters depending on the installation type:
Choose from a range of frame options to suit your fixing method, including Flat Bar, Box Section, and Angle Frame. Optional stand-off legs allow the bars to be mounted away from the wall, so windows can open behind the grille without obstruction.

Each grille is powder coated in one of 13 Standard Colours, providing a clean and attractive finish. For bespoke projects, any BS or RAL colour can be specified to match your building or brand identity.
For external installations, we recommend the grilles are hot-dip galvanised before powder coating. This combination delivers superior corrosion resistance and ensures long-term durability, even in harsh outdoor conditions.
Our Window Security Bars are constructed using high-grade solid steel round bars, precision-welded to either fixing brackets or a fully welded frame. For added rigidity, intermediate tie bars are included on grilles over 1200 mm high or in high-risk security environments.
Each grille is made to measure and supplied with a Box Section frame as standard, with alternative frame options available to suit your fixing method or aesthetic preference.
