Wide Range of Colour Options

Galvanised finish or powder coated in any RAL or BS colour

Optional Vision Panels Available

Approved fire-rated glazing can be incorporated into applicable door configurations where visibility or natural light is required.

Vision panels are particularly useful in corridors, stairwells and busy circulation areas, where seeing approaching occupants can improve day-to-day usability.

The glazing type, dimensions and position must be compatible with the required fire performance and approved door configuration.

Louvred Panel Options

Approved fire-rated louvre systems can be incorporated into applicable door configurations where ventilation is required, making them particularly useful for plant rooms and service areas.

Because creating a ventilated opening can affect the performance of a fire door, the louvre type, dimensions and position must be compatible with the required fire classification and door specification.

Heavy-Duty Hardware Options

Includes closers, handles, and compliant fire-rated ironmongery

Low Maintenance & Durable

Robust steel construction ensures long service life with minimal upkeep

Ideal for Internal Fire Compartmentation

Perfect for corridors, plant rooms, stairwells, and service areas

Escape & Access Hardware

Internal Steel Fire Doors can be configured with suitable hardware according to how the opening is used.

Options can include lever handles, locks and latches, door closers and appropriate emergency/panic escape hardware.

Where a door forms part of an escape route, the hardware should be selected according to the expected users, means-of-escape requirements and required fire-door configuration.

Our Internal Steel Fire Doors are designed to be highly adaptable, allowing you to meet fire safety, security, and functional requirements while maintaining a clean, professional finish throughout your building.

Door Configuration

Available as single or double doors, providing flexibility for different opening sizes and traffic levels. Double doors are ideal for wider corridors or high-traffic areas.

Fire Rating Options

Tested to the applicable fire-resistance standard for the specified door configuration. The required classification, supporting construction and installation should be determined according to the project's fire strategy and applicable building requirements.

Security Upgrade (PAS24)

For areas requiring additional protection, doors can be upgraded to PAS24, offering enhanced resistance against forced entry while maintaining fire performance.

Sizes & Made-to-Measure Options

Each door is manufactured to your exact opening dimensions, ensuring a precise fit and optimal performance. Bespoke sizes are available for non-standard applications.

Insulation & Thermal Upgrade

Supplied with an insulated core as standard, with an optional thermal upgrade to improve heat retention and energy efficiency between internal spaces.

Vision Panels

Optional fire-rated vision panels can be incorporated to improve visibility and safety, particularly in corridors, stairwells, and high-traffic environments.

Ventilation Louvres

Fire-rated louvre panels are available to allow airflow while maintaining the required fire resistance, ideal for plant rooms and service areas.

Colour & Finish Options

Doors are supplied primed or galvanised as standard, with the option for powder coating in any RAL or BS colour to match interior design schemes or branding.

Hardware & Ironmongery

A full range of fire-rated hardware can be specified, including:

• Door closers
• Handles and lever sets
• Locks and latches
• Hinges and seals

Our Internal Steel Fire Doors are manufactured to order, with a typical lead time of 3–4 weeks from order confirmation and final specification. This ensures each door is produced to the required fire rating, size, and configuration while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

Please note that additional features and upgrades, such as vision panels, fire-rated louvre panels, PAS24 security upgrades, or specialist ironmongery, may increase the lead time by a few additional weeks. We will always confirm accurate delivery times at quotation stage to support your project planning.

We provide a professional supply and installation service, ensuring all doors are fitted in accordance with fire safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

Correct Installation Is Essential

The fire performance of a door relates to the complete tested door set and its installation, not simply the steel leaf.

The frame, supporting wall construction, fixings, clearances, seals, threshold, hardware and fire stopping around the opening must therefore be compatible with the applicable tested/certified specification.

For supply-only projects, the installation requirements should be reviewed before fitting to confirm that the supporting construction and proposed installation method are appropriate.
