The RA77 Insulated Aluminium Roller Shutter uses an Insulated Aluminium curtain, which provides Heat and Sound insulation. The RA77 curtain is commonly used on Roller Garage Doors. The 77mm Insulated Curtain is popular as it comes in a range of 12 Standard colours, including a range of Woodgrain finishes. The insulated curtain can also be used with the RA8 Punched and Glazed Laths, to provide vision.
The Insulated Aluminium Roller Shutter is available Manual Operation - Spring and Lock. Why not automate the shutter, to make daily operation easier and you can incorporate the your shutters into a fully automation system, including Timers, Remote Control Systems and Home Hubs eg; Alexa.
The Insulated Aluminium Curtain comes in 12 standard colours - Brown, Cream, Heritage Green, Light Beige, White, Burgundy, Fir Green, Navy Blue, Black, Light Grey, Silver Metallic and Anthracite Grey. The curtain is also available in a range of Painted and Wood grain finishes at an extra cost. The Shutter Box and Guides comes powder coated as standard in White, Brown, Black or Cream as standard. These can be Powder Coated any BS or RAL colour to match your colour scheme.
Curtain Slat
The Insulated Aluminium Roller Shutter uses a double walled foam filled aluminium slat.
Bottom Slat
Extruded aluminium with rubber bottom seal.
Shutter Box
Die cast aluminium end plates with two piece roll formed aluminium box. Larger sizes (shutters with a curtain weight of approx. 75 kg upwards) will be supplied with zinc plated steel end plates.
Guide Rails
Extruded aluminium with box section for fixing/reinforcement and high.
Colours
The standard colours for the Box and Guides are White, Cream, Brown and Black. The Insulated is available in the following standard colours;
