LPS1175 SR4 Roller Shutters

LPS1175 level 4 security rated roller shutters are a type of physical security barrier designed to provide an even higher level of protection against unauthorized entry or attack than level 3 rated shutters. These shutters are among the most secure physical security barriers available on the market. To achieve a level 4 rating, roller shutters must demonstrate an extremely high level of resistance to forced entry using a wide range of tools and techniques, including power tools and explosives. They must also be able to withstand sustained attacks for a minimum of ten minutes. LPS1175 level 4 rated roller shutters are often used in high-risk environments, such as banks, government buildings, and military installations, where the need for security is paramount. These Roller Shutters have been independently tested by the LPCB to LPS1175 Security Level 4 (Issue 7) or Category D (Issue 8). Security Level 4 is designed to provide defence against an "Experienced attempts at forced entry using a selection of power tools". The Shutters are attacked with a variety of hand and power tools for a maximum of 30 minutes. If entry through the door is not gained within the 30 minutes, it then receives the LPS 1175 Issue 7 Level SR4 rating.
