The award-winning removable security window bars system features anti-cut steel bars which are securely locked into position to protect vulnerable window openings but can be released from the inside to allow total vision or maintenance of windows.
Suitable for installation in a horizontal or vertical format, removable window bars are finished to a high standard and delivers security which is quick and easy to install, yet highly effective in a range of locations.
The FS19 Removable Security Window Bars come in the standard colour of White RAL9016. The window bars can be Powder Coated any BS or RAL colour to match your colour scheme at an additional cost.
Infill
Each bar consists of a 19 mm steel outer tube with a free moving 15 mm steel inner tube. Tie bars are fitted as standard on openings over 1600 mm high.
Frame
An Aluminium guide channel is fixed top and bottom with a built in locking system. The guides are pre-drilled for the vertical bars at 125 mm centers. The bars locate into the top and bottom guides, then are simply locked into position using a high security cam lock.
Fixing
The Removable Window Bars come Vertical as standard, there is the option of fitting the bars horizontally, which must be specified at order stage.
