i100 High Security Roller Shutters - LPS1175 SR3-4

The i100 SR3 has been tested by the Loss Prevention Certification Board LPS1175 (7.0), rated SR3, and awarded 'Secured by Design' status. Suitable for internal face fix installation only. The 100mm Insulated Steel Roller Shutters Doors are ideal when you need Heat or Sound Insulation. The laths are manufactured using Twin Walled steel salts, with reinforcing materials between the skins. The i100 incorporates a bullet locking system situated approx. 1m from ground level, fixed to each guide rail. Central ground anchor on the bottom lath on shutters over 3 meters wide. These 100mm Insulated Steel Shutters go up to 7m wide and 5600m high, with a maximum area of 49m2. The i100 is also available in Security Level 4.

The i100mm Insulated Steel Industrial Doors are powered using the GFA Direct Drive motor, which comes with a 1 year warranty on the motors and controls. The direct-drive motor bolts onto the outside of the endplate, direct to the axle assembly, which is more reliable than the inboard motors. The standard GFA motors will provide up to 60 movements per day. The motors are available Single Phase (240V) or 3 Phases (415V). The 415V motors are generally slightly cheaper, lift bigger doors, operate quicker and provide more operations per hour, compared to a single phase. The motor limits are digital and can be adjusted at a low level on the control panel.
