The High Security Insulated Roller Shutters Doors are ideal when you need Heat or Sound Insulation, with the added security. The laths are manufactured using a 95mm Twin Walled steel lath, with insulation between the skins. Independently Tested by the LPCB to LPS1175 Security Rating Level 1 - Certified for Installation Internally, electrically operated with Bullet Locks. This is a Secured By Design product, which is a Police and Insurance preferred specification.
The High Security Insulated Industrial Roller Shutter Doors are available with Single or 3 Phase Industrial Motors. We have a range of Motors available, which can be selected based on the Size of the Shutter and the usage the shutter will get on a daily basis. The single phase industrial motors comes with a chain override and will provide several operations a day. We then have a range of 3 Phase Motors, which are heavy duty and as standard will provide around 10-15 operations per hour. The 3 Phase Motors are also available with High Speed and High Usage motor options. We also have a large of controls and sensors for example Radar Sensors for Fork Lift Traffic, Traffic Lights and Safety devices.
The High Security Insulated Industrial Roller Shutter Doors comes Galvanised Finish as standard. The shutters can be Powder Coated any BS or RAL colour to match your colour scheme.
Curtain Slat
The Galvanised Steel Laths are Double skin, Insulated for Heat and Sound Insulation. Punched Window Laths are an additional cost. Galvanised finish as standard, powder coating available at an additional cost.

Shutter Box
Galvanised steel casing & end plates as standard. For external
installation or for covering up the roller shutter mechanism, there is
the optional fascia and hood at an extra cost.
Guide Rails
Insulated Industrial Roller Shutter Guides are supplied with
galvanised steel guide angle as standard. The angle can be inset or
outset if preferred, this must be clearly stated on your order. The
thickness of angle varies as below;

95mm Insulated Laths - 80mm Guide with Brush Seals with 100mm x 50mm Galvanised Steel Angle
