Installation & Warranty

  •    Curtain: 76mm curved steel slats in 0.7mm (22G), 0.9mm (20G), or 1.2mm (18G) depending on size and security needs.
  •   Box Sizes (Endplate Dimensions):
    •       3800mm height = 350mm plate
    •       5000mm = 400mm
    •       6000mm = 450mm
    •       7000mm = 500mm
  • Bottom Rail Options: “T” section (standard) or “L” section (for face fixing or avoiding obstructions), with optional rubber seal and safety edge
  • Guide Channel Sizes: 50mm, 65mm, or 100mm depending on application. All in galvanised steel with optional windlocking for exposed locations
  • Lead Time: Approx. 3-4 weeks (15-20 working days), subject to change.

    •       GFA motors: 2 years

Design & Customisation

  •    Vision Options:
    •       Perforated Slats – 18% vision.
    •       Punched Slats – 25% vision (Note: punched slats must be powder-coated).
  • Wicket Door Integration: Available in two sizes, typically inward-opening. Recommended to be powder coated for durability and appearance
  • Finish Options:
    •      Standard: Galvanised steel.
    •      Optional: Powder-coated in a wide range of BS and RAL colours (including over 60+ shades across Bands A, B, and C as shown below).

 

   Band A – Popular colours we regularly stock. These incur a small additional cost.

   Band B – Less common colours we may have in stock. These come with a slightly higher additional cost.

   Band C – Special order colours not typically stocked but available quickly without affecting lead times. These colours are priced at a premium.

In addition, we can powder coat shutters in any BS or RAL colour. These are quoted on a Price Per Application basis and may extend lead times slightly.
