Quite a lot of the Starbucks Coffee Shops are located in Shopping Centres and Motorway Services. These are usually open 24hrs to the public, but the Starbucks Coffee shops are not. Starbucks wanted a neat Shutter that would slide back to one side and fold away into a cupboard, when the Coffee Shop is closed. The openings are too wide for a roller shutter and there is not enough headroom for a roller shutter box.
We use our Perforated Sliding Shutter, which met all the clients requirements, as it provides Vision and High Level of Security. The shutters slide back to the wall and then turns 90 degrees to fold neatly into a cupboard. There are no Bottom Tracks, so no tripping hazards.
