The RA4 Roller Shutter is one of our most popular roller shutters for Bars and Serveries. It uses a compact shutter box and guides, providing a neat solution and high security. The punched lath, has rows of 100mm wide x 20mm high punched slots into the laths, which provide 44% vision. The punched laths are ideal when you need vision/air flow but still need to maintain a good level of security. The shutter can be supplied with a fully punched curtain or can be mixed with Solid Laths to provide extra security. For extra security, the punched laths can have Poly-carbonate inserts. If you need more security and less vision then we have a Perforated Lath available, that provides up to 22% vision.
The Compact Punched Bar Servery Shutter is available Manual Operation - Belt Winder, Rod Crank and Spring and Lock. Why not automate the shutter, to make daily operation easier and you can incorporate your shutters into a fully automation system, including Timers, Remote Control Systems and Home Hubs eg; Alexa.
The Compact Punched Bar Servery Shutter comes powder coated as standard in White, Brown, Black or Cream as standard. The shutter can be Powder Coated any BS or RAL colour to match your colour scheme.
Curtain Slat
RA4 Punched Compact Aluminium roller shutters uses a single skin extruded aluminium slat - 44% Vision.
Bottom Slat
Extruded aluminium with rubber bottom seal. Reinforcing handle option (AEGR) or reinforcing handle & rubber option available at at extra cost. This bottom slat features a top quirk which can be removed and turned around in the event that the bottom slat lock needs to face the other way.
Shutter Box
Die cast aluminium end plates with two piece roll formed aluminium box. Larger sizes will be supplied with zinc plated steel end plates.
Guide Rails
Extruded aluminium with box section for fixing/reinforcement and high density 5 mm pile brush seals. H30 guide profile as standard, H17 and H25 are available on request and H40/S is available at extra cost.
