Window Security Mesh

Window Security Mesh offers a simple, secure, and cost-effective way to protect glazing from vandalism, break-ins, and accidental damage. It’s most commonly fitted externally to prevent vandalism, but can also be installed internally for added security or where exterior fixing isn’t suitable.

We manufacture the mesh to your exact window dimensions, using a range of mesh patterns to suit your security level and visual preference:

Square Mesh:

The most popular choice — provides excellent visibility, airflow, and balanced strength for general applications.

Diamond Mesh:

Offers a decorative finish with slightly larger openings, ideal where you want a more open appearance without compromising protection.

• 14mm x 42mm
• 32mm x 76mm
• 60mm x 90mm

High Security Mesh:

Heavy-duty specification with tighter apertures, designed for high-security environments such as correctional facilities, utilities, and public buildings exposed to higher risk.

• 12.5mm x 75mm

Each mesh type is welded into a robust steel frame, available in Flat Bar, Box Section, or Angle Iron, depending on your fixing method and site conditions. The mesh can be mounted flat against the wall or stood off using welded legs, allowing windows to open freely behind the guard.  We can also offer the cage design, which has mesh infill around the grille, to provide added security.

We can also provide custom cut-outs for handles, vents, pipes, sensors, or other obstructions, ensuring a perfect fit without compromising functionality.

The finished mesh guard is powder-coated one of 13 Standard Colours. For bespoke projects, we offer any BS or RAL colour at additional cost. For external installations, the frames can be treated with a zinc primer or hot-dip galvanised finish to provide long-term corrosion protection.
