Why choose the ECO Insulated Aluminium Roller Shutter?
The ECO Insulated Aluminium Roller Shutter uses a 55mm or 77mm Insulated Aluminium curtain, which provides Heat and Sound insulation. The ECO77 curtain is commonly used on Roller Garage Doors. The 55mm slat uses a smaller box and designed for single or Double Doors, compared to the 77mm slats, but the 77mm covers wider openings. It comes in White, Black or Anthracite Grey as standard. The ECO Insulated Aluminium Roller Shutter is available electrically operated with Holt to Run operation, either with a switch or remote control operation.
The Insulated Aluminium Curtain comes in White (RAL9016), Black (RAL9005) and Anthracite Grey (RAL7016). There are a range of 12 non- standard colours - Brown, Cream, Heritage Green, Light Beige, White, Burgundy, Fir Green, Navy Blue, Black, Light Grey, Silver Metallic and Anthracite Grey.
Curtain Slat
The ECO Insulated Aluminium Roller Shutter uses a 55mm or 77mm double walled foam filled aluminium slat.
Bottom Slat
Extruded aluminium with rubber bottom seal.
Shutter Box
Die cast aluminium end plates with two piece roll formed aluminium box. Larger sizes (shutters with a curtain weight of approx. 75 kg upwards) will be supplied with zinc plated steel end plates.
Guide Rails
Extruded aluminium with box section for fixing/reinforcement and high.
Colours
The standard colours are White, Black or Anthracite Grey.
