The i100mm Insulated Steel Industrial Doors are powered using the GFA Direct Drive motor, which comes with a 1 year warranty on the motors and controls. The direct-drive motor bolts onto the outside of the endplate, direct to the axle assembly, which is more reliable than the inboard motors. The standard GFA motors will provide up to 60 movements per day. The motors are available Single Phase (240V) or 3 Phases (415V). The 415V motors are generally slightly cheaper, lift bigger doors, operate quicker and provide more operations per hour, compared to a single phase. The motor limits are digital and can be adjusted at a low level on the control panel. We also have a large of controls and sensors for example Radar Sensors for Fork Lift Traffic, Traffic Lights and Safety devices.
If you are looking for a Roller Shutter which is more cost effective, but less insulation, then the 77mm Insulated Steel Industrial Door could be a better alternative. The i100 Insulated Industrial Roller Shutter Doors come Galvanised Finish as standard. The shutters can be Powder Coated any BS or RAL colour to match your colour scheme.
Curtain Slat
Double-skinned extruded aluminium slat containing state-of-the-art anti-cut bars. An additional anti-lift profile eliminates the need for additional locking systems.
Enclosure / Housing
Not provided as standard. Steel casing available on request.
Guide Channels / Bottom Slat
Extruded aluminium bottom slat with solid aluminium defenders.
Extruded aluminium guide channels with rubber weather seal. Width of 120mm.
Tubular Motor: With internal rocker switch or external key switch and safety brake as appropriate to comply with legislation. Manual override facility & crank handle as required (surcharge applies).
Outboard Motor: GfA single or three phase motor with integrated safety brake, chain manual override and push button control station as standard.
All motors have numerous control option variants such as remote and group or mobile phone activation.

Finish
The E130 can be powder coated to an RAL / BS colour reference.
