Our SR3 Security Door range is independently tested and approved by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) to LPS 1175 SR3, meeting one of the highest levels of attack resistance available for commercial steel door sets.
Designed for high-risk environments such as cash rooms, warehouses, data centres, retail outlets, and utility substations, these doors provide the strength, reliability, and certification required where maximum security is essential.
Each SR3 Steel Security Door is engineered to withstand sustained and aggressive attacks. The 51mm-thick composite door leaf is constructed from 1.5mm galvanised steel on both faces, with a high-density internal core that provides outstanding rigidity and impact resistance.
A continuous astragal lip on the closing edge adds extra reinforcement against jemmying and tool-based attacks, while reinforced welded frames—fabricated from heavy-gauge galvanised steel—are strengthened at critical points such as hinges and lock keeps. Weighing approximately 80kg per m², these doors deliver exceptional resistance to forced entry and long-term durability in even the toughest environments.

Frame
The
welded frame is made from reinforced 1.5mm galvanised steel and a 38mm x
100mm single rebated profile. It is reinforced at hinges, lock keeps
and fixing points.
Leaf
Manufactured from
1.5mm galvanised attack face steel with 1.5mm inner face, the composite
door leaf is 51mm thick with astragal lip to the closing edge. It weighs
approximately 80kg per square meter.
Key Features
The
range is certified to LPS1175 SR3, and fitted with doubled hinges for
additional strength. It also incorporates an anti leverage cover strip
to closing edge of door leaf. The door-sets are also Secured by Design
approved and are also available with louvres.

handle hardware. Heavy duty tower bolts on the passive leaf. Keys and
cylinders can be registered to eliminate the chance of key copying.
