"What is the difference between the Stock Doors and Bespoke Doors?"
Stock Doors come in a range of standard sizes, specifications and colours. You fit the nearest sized door and if necessary we have a range of Infill Panels to make up the opening. These doors are very good if you want something quick, as we offer a next day delivery on these doors. They are more cost effective than bespoke doors.
Bespoke Doors can be made to suit your opening and made to suit your requirements. We carry a large range of Hardware, Glazing Options and Colours. The doors are better made than the stock doors, but slightly more expensive. Delivery on a Bespoke Door is around 2-3 weeks depending on the specification.
"Do the Shutters come with any Guarantee?"
The Shutters are guaranteed against defect of material or workmanship, subject to the correct installation, maintenance and operation for a period a 2 years from the date of purchase.
Where a warranty is upheld, we will supply all necessary parts to enable installers to complete satisfactory repairs. The warranty terms does not extend to cover labour and consequential loss arising from any claim.
