 Why choose the Car Park Stack Door?

The Stack Door is a new type of shutter as it Stacks Vertically, rather than coiling around a barrel.   The advantage of this Stack Door is that it can cover large openings, can go around curves and corners.   It's made up of Horizontal Bars and vertical pins.  The chain drives on each side of the shutter, lift up the curtain and it stacks vertically at the top.  The advantage of this is it can be fitted around corners, shaped to go around objects, limited headroom is required and it go up to 6240m wide.   The curtain provides 80% air flow/vision, whilst being a high-security product.   Independently Tested by the LPCB to LPS1175 Security Rating Level 1 - Certified for Installation Internal and Externally.   This is a Secured By Design product, which is a Police and Insurance preferred specification. 

The Stack Door is only available Electrically operated.   For light usage, it can be operated using a Single Phase Tube Motor.  For larger openings and higher usage car parks, we can use a range of Single or 3 Phase Direct Drive Industrial motors.   We have a large range of solutions for entry and exit or it can be integrated into the building's access control system.

The curtain is manufactured from Stainless as standard.   The Box and Guides come as standard in Galvanised finish.   The shutter can be Powder Coated any BS or RAL colour to match your colour scheme.
