Powder Coated in a large range of standard colours; specific Colours available at an extra cost. Hot dipped galvanising available at extra cost.
The infill uses a 12 mm, 16 mm or 20 mm Round Solid Steel bar which is welded to either fixing brackets or to a frame. Intermediate Tie Bars are welded when over 1200 mm in height or higher risk applications.

Intermediate Duty - 16mm Round Bar Infill - Ideal for External Applications
Heavy Duty - 20mm Round Bar Infill - Ideal for High Security Applications and is usually an insurance companies minimum specification.
The Window Bars has THREE types of frame available;
NO FRAME - The grille has two tie bars with end fixing plates for reveal or surface fixing,
FLAT BAR FRAME - the vertical bars are welded into a full frame which is manufactured from Flat Steel Bar. The advantage of this is that flat bar can be pulled into the wall slightly if its slightly out of plumb.
ANGLE FRAME - the vertical bars are welded into a full frame which is made from Angle Iron. This is better as you are fitting the grille within the recess.
BOX SECTION - a pre drilled 50 mm x 50 mm Box Section is supplied for the top and bottom of the opening. The bars are supplied loose and simply slot into the box section when fitting. This is ideal for large openings where it would be too heavy to make in a fixed panel.
The window bars can be manufactured in a frame and supplied with a Hinge so the grille can open up for access. The grille can be locked using either a padlock or Keyless Locking Bolt.
