Industrial Roller Shutter - Inboard Motor

The Galvanised Steel Industrial Roller Shutters are the most popular shutters for industrial and Agricultural applications.   It's one of the most versatile and cost effective types of roller shutter and goes up to 7m wide and 7m high.  The 75mm curved steel laths, are available in 22G (0.7mm), 20G (0.9mm) and 18G (1.2mm), depending on the size of the roller shutter and the security level required.   The industrial steel roller shutter is also available with a Wicket Door, for pedestrian access without having to fully open the shutter.

The Industrial Roller Shutters have an Inboard motor or chain drive motor.  These motors are fitted on the inside of the endplates, sitting within the doors width, and connects to the axle with a chain.  These motors are ideal when there is no side room for a Direct Drive Industrial Door.   The motors have mechanical limits on the motor and is only availbel with Hold to Run operation.  The Ellard Inboard Motors,  come with a 1 year warranty.   The motors are available in Single Phase (240V) and 3 Phase (415V).  The Inboard motors will provide up to 30 movements per day (Up and Down is 2 movements).
